TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me you confirm that you agree with the terms:
General terms
- I don't always draw everything exactly like the references you provide. I might slightly change the pose or details if I feel it will look better in my style;
- I might reject a request if I feel it doesn't suit my style/vibe (or for any other reason actually), so don't feel bad if your request is declined <3;
- I will probably post the artwork unless you say otherwise in advance;
Payment
- Paypal invoice only;
- Full payment upfront;
- Payment should be done in the maximum of 1 week (7 days), otherwise you lose the slot;
- No refunds;
- I will start drawing only when I get the payment, please notify me when you send it;
- Priority will be given by order of payment;
Do's and Don'ts

Exceptions can be made, please don't be afraid to ask, I'll be happy to answer.
Process
- The time it takes to finish your commission may vary based on a backlog of current commissions, it's complexity, personal complications, etc. You can expect it to be completed within 2 - 4 weeks from the moment I start to draw;
- If anything happens that delays the process past the expected timeframe I will inform you asap;
- After payment, you will receive a sketch within a few days;
- Edits are allowed at the sketch stage, but no radical pose changes or anything that could be considered another sketch entirely;
- Progress will be shared once more, with the line almost finished and some flat colors. After this stage I won't share the process again and take no revisions;
- Changes on final product may require extra fee unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made;
- You can ask to upgrade your commission according to the price sheet, even throughout the artwork progression.
Copyright and Usage
- As the author and creator, I retain all rights to the created illustration and may use it for advertising purposes;
- The final piece will have a signature that you may not remove;
- I reserve the right to modify, resell or use any rejected sketches;
- You may not claim the work to be your own, edit or set it up for redistribution;
- You may not use it for any commercial projects, unless agreed upon;
- You can post the finished illustration on any platforms as long as the authorship is credited;
- My artwork may not be implemented into blockchain technology such as NFTs and/or be used as a training model to AI.
